A new website, and a way to ask us
A new home page explains the product to schools and families, and anyone can send an enquiry from it.
The family's screen answers without a map
The family's Today screen now opens on the run as a list of stops, with the bus drawn between the stop it left and the next one, and the minute each was reached or is due. The map is one tap away.
Route distances are the route the school chose
A route's length is now the way the school chose for the bus, rather than every alternative the map offered added together.
Safer bulk password changes
Administrator and school accounts are never included in a bulk password change, and changing your own password says whose account it is first.
Duplicates found before they cause trouble
Two records that are one person, two people sharing one sign-in, and children with no admission number are now reported on a screen of their own.
A child's details are the school's
Adding or removing a child, or changing their details, is now done by the school, so a child cannot be added to the wrong family from a phone.
One answer to "why isn't this working?"
A school sees in one place why its buses are not running today, and is told when a timetable could not put a bus on the road at the moment it is saved.
Big imports run in the background
A file too large to finish at once is imported in the background, with its progress shown.
Notifications in the browser
Families who use the website can be sent alerts in their browser, even when the page is closed.
Works offline, and says so
The family's panel opens with the last thing it knew on a weak connection, refreshes with a pull, and says plainly when it cannot reach anything.
