Send us a quoteHow pricing works

In short

If another school bus tracking provider gives you a lower written quote for the same thing - the same children, buses and period, with comparable features - send it to us and we will match that price.

How it works

  1. Get a written quote

Ask the other provider for a written quote or a current invoice for your school.

  2. Send it to us

Attach or paste it into the contact form, or send it to us when we give you our quote.

  3. We match it

We check that the two offers cover the same thing, and match the other provider's price for the period their quote covers.

The terms

  1. The quote is in writing, from another provider of school bus tracking, and was issued in the last 30 days.
  2. It is for the same thing: the same number of children and buses, for the same period, with comparable features - live tracking, pickup and drop-off alerts, and parent and driver apps.
  3. We compare the total cost over the same period, including any hardware, installation or setup fees the other provider charges.
  4. We match the price; we do not pay the difference in cash or refund what you have already paid.
  5. We may ask to see the quote or invoice itself, and we decide in good faith whether two offers are comparable.

Questions about the guarantee

Do you really match a lower price?

Yes. Send us a written quote from another school bus tracking provider for the same thing, and we will match it.

What if the cheaper option needs GPS hardware in every bus?

We compare the total cost over the same period, so the other provider's hardware, installation and setup fees count towards their price.

Does it apply to quotes from any company?

It applies to providers of school bus tracking with comparable features: live tracking, pickup and drop-off alerts, and parent and driver apps.
