Families use the parent app or the website, which can be added to a phone's home screen and send notifications. Drivers use the driver app on an Android phone or iPhone.
Use it on the web, like an app
Sign in on the website
Use the sign-in details your school gave you.
Add it to your home screen
Your browser's menu offers to add the site to your home screen, so it opens like an app. On an iPhone, use Share and then Add to Home Screen.
Allow notifications
Open My account and choose Send alerts to this browser. On an iPhone this works once the site has been added to the home screen.
For drivers
The driver app runs on an ordinary Android phone or iPhone. Your school will tell you where to get it, then sign in with the details the school gave you.
