Getting started as a parent
How a parent signs in, adds the website to their phone's home screen, turns on notifications and finds their child's bus.
In short
Your school creates your account and gives you your sign-in details. Sign in on the app or the website, allow notifications, and on a school day open your child to see the bus.
Step by step
Get your sign-in from the school
The school adds your child and you as their parent, and gives you your email address and password. You cannot create an account yourself.
Use the parent app on Android or iPhone, or sign in on the website as a parent.
Add it to your home screen
On the website, your browser can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. On an iPhone this is also what lets it send you notifications.
Turn on notifications
On the website, open My account and choose Send alerts to this browser. Do this on every computer or phone you use.
Follow the bus
Open your child from My children. On a school day, Today shows the bus as a list of stops or on a map.
