Pay with Paystack

Plans for school bus tracking, paid through Paystack: card and bank payments in Africa.

In short

The School Bus Tracker accepts payments for its plans through Paystack, which is used across Africa, including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa. Schools or parents buy a plan, which adds prepaid credit used for each child for each day they ride.

What a payment buys

The School Bus Tracker runs on prepaid credit. Schools, or parents, buy a plan, which adds credit to their account. Credit is used for each child for each day they are booked to ride, so a child marked as not riding is not charged for that day.

Who pays

Each school is set to one of three arrangements: the school pays, the parents pay, or the school pays first and the parents are asked once the school's credit runs out. A school is warned before its credit runs out, rather than finding out on a morning nobody is booked onto a bus.

Paying from a link

A school can email a parent a link to pay for a plan, which the parent can use without signing in.
