Open Getting started, download the setup workbook from Import data, fill in its sheets, and import them in order: stops, routes, drivers, buses, students, mappings. Then open Readiness and fix anything it lists.

Download the setup workbook
From Import data. It has a sheet for each list, in the order they have to go in, with example rows showing the awkward cases.
Import in order
Stops, routes, drivers, buses, students, then mappings. Each sheet shows you what it would do before it does any of it.
Hand out sign-ins
Families and drivers need their passwords. You see generated ones once when the import finishes, and can set anyone's password later.
Check Readiness
Readiness lists anything that would stop a bus from running, with a link to fix each one.
Watch Today on the road
On the first morning, every bus out is on one screen.
